We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

Consultations

Consultations are free and no obligation. We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

Cancellations

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a charge or loss of booking fee (if applicable).

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend without notice may be asked to prepay for future appointments or may forfeit booking privileges.

Refunds

• Treatment fees are non-refundable once a procedure has been carried out.

• Refunds will only be considered if there has been an error on our part or a medical reason that makes treatment unsafe.

• Any dissatisfaction with results should be raised during your follow-up so we can support you appropriately.

Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
